Is j.k simmons in la noire?

i am asking to see if J.K. SIMMONS the actor who played J. JONAH JAMESON from spiderman is in L.A. NOIRE my brother says that the reporter on the right in the first homicide case the red lipstick murder is him and i am 100% sure it is not. we have checked online for hours, checked the ending credits and it does not show his name. He is a very famous actor and even if all he did was say fart his name would be in the credits but i cant find proof to show that he is or is not. I have a bet going that if he is not he buys my way into captain america so i need to win but if anyone can show proof or post a link proving he is or is not it would really help thanks guys.
