Which is best college for fashion design?? FIT or parsons or UCLA?

Im 14 yrs old and ALWAYS wanted to be a famous fashion designer like Kimora lee Simmons, Marc Jacobs, Donna karen, etc.. And nothing is gonna stop me but.... Idk which college is the best.. I know parsons is one of the top schools but i hear it's really cut throat and people could be mean.. And for fit I hear it's not as nice as parsons.. An I heard that ucla offers something like a bachelors degree in art and it was in one of the top ten fashion schools ( link below ) plz help!!:) and any advice u think I should have about aspiring fashion designer??!!
