Richard Simmons Meet and Greet event?

A student in one of my classes is missing an important test tomorrow. She says her mother bought her "very expensive" tickets to a meet and greet with Richard Simmons. I looked up Richard Simmons events and I cannot find any events or tickets for sale. Did she make it up??
