2 XBOX Questions????!?

When I connect my blackberry curve to my xbox via usb card my blackberry says media transfer protocol password. What does that mean and how do you find the media transfer protocol code on the blackberry. The next question is I have a sandisk flash drive. I want to install games on there but, when I press install it says there isn't any device connected to the xbox. What does that mean? Can I install games on my flash drive?
