One of your problems is that you're playing with opposing file systems. A much better way to go about this is by using something called WineHQ. It's pretty decent at running windows-based programs on Linux or on Macs. Another option is to run a search for "Mac Windows emulator". There are some emulators out there that can run windows while you're running your Mac.
