I need help with my relationship.?

I'm 16 years old and I've been going out with this girl for just over 2 months. I really like her when I'm around her but when I'm left alone i can't help but focus on all of the things i hate about her. We have different views on everything, religious, political and even correct social protocol. I'm not sure what to do because we get along well in person but as soon as she leaves all I can think about is how I wish she was different.
