okay so im 14, and i want to lose 40 lbs by july 29. my diet is this: breakfast: ceral, lunch: english muffin, supper: turkey burger etc. and my snacks are carrots and broccili. my exercis is: treadmill 2-4 hours aday, zumba, shake weight , lungs and i want to try the richard simmons video's does anyone know if his videos are good and burn??
