What do Jehovah's Witnesses believe the role of their invisible Jesus be in their utopian earth society?

I am in the process of getting baptized as a Jehovah's Witness but not too sure how to answer your question. I did star it for other witnesses to answer. I would assume this would be answered in the new scrolls in the paradise.
