How can I motivate my boyfriend to do his homework?

My boyfriend does this to himself every single week. He waits till the last minute to finish his homework. It's Summer, he is taking two classes one of which were in together online. I got all my homework done the first day he waits until the last night. I had to hear him stress about it all week and it's exhausting. Last night he was playing video games all night instead of doing his homework and it's due tomorrow. I can't believe him I am so disappointed . I texted him saying I didn't know how he was going to have any time for me in the Fall when were both going full time and he told me to call him when I get off my overnight job but I said no you get some sleep and when you wake up do your hw. I don't know what to tell him. He knows I'm upset and I don't want to be a pushy parent. It's not my role I'm his boyfriend not his mom. Also he says we should do our homework together but anytime I tried to motivate him to he said oh I feel bad having us do hw when your over. So what the hell am I supposed to do?
